Be prepared to wait while listening to at least 3 employees having a conversation about whatever is going on in their lives while one or two people in the back are actively working to handle a dozen people in the waiting room. Good deals can be found but if you are in a rush to get a pick up order within 5 or 10 hours you may be in for a disappointment.

So many great deals here. When I need something this is the first site I go to. I want the best deals. It's also easy to pick up the items and doesn't take much time at all.

BIDRL does a poor job of social distancing. Price manytimes are not that cheap. Staff does an ok job of customer service but they take a long time to retrieve items for pickup.

Great place to get discount items of just about any category. However that's where it ends with this location. I've never waited longer and more consistently for my items than at this location. An easy 30 min average, it's atrocious. To add to it, there's a half a dozen employees that don't seem to be putting finding customer packages and getting them out the door as a high priority. I'm currently sitting in the lobby and have been waiting for a single small item for going on 45 minutes. Super disappointed in this location.

There are a lot of damaged items sold at auction that are photographed to hide these defects (so, I bought a seemingly new lamp in a package without a lampshade, a torn travel bag and a damaged nightstand that was photographed from above to hide this breakage). I think this location is being extremely dishonest with its customers by deliberately misleading them. P.S. Just compare how they describe the product at 6422 Tupelo Drive #101, Citrus Heights, CA 95621 for example-everything is extremely honest and if there is damage, it is described and photographed from different angles

The representative whom answers the incoming calls at the Sacramento location, is sooooo un-empathetic. I was a winning bidder on the 11/7/22 auction, sent 2 emails asking for an extension in picking up the items because i was detailed out of state for work until 11/17. of course no response.......on 11/18 I call because no email response. The woman said there was no notes in the file regarding any extension requests but does show that i paid for the 13.00 invoice.... She also said it was too late to get the item and that it will be relisted and i wouldnt get a refund... That was that! hilarious

First experience with them (thus branch). Won something at an auction, drove there, paid, got nothing instead because, guess what, my product was given to someone else, a day before. Probably last time when I am bidding here too. Later edit: Took them a whole year to redeem. Probably new team. Had a really nice experience this time. So up the stars go...

Great concept, but they really need better photos of the things they post. The photos are always out of focus, and very low resolution. Almost like they don't want you to see the condition of items. Sometimes, you get a great deal, other times, you spend too much for a broken item. Always assume you are getting something that doesn't work and bid accordingly.
